Please note that these prices are subject to change. We specialize in providing custom one-of-a-kind designs for you. ♥Consultation & Tasting
Currently, cake tastings are only available for wedding orders and are by request only. Cake tastings are free once you have confirmed your order with us (placed the deposit). If your order is not yet confirmed, there is a $20 charge for cake tastings and once the order is confirmed, the $20 will be credited back to you. Please give us at least 14 days notice if you would like a cake tasting. If you should need to reschedule, or cancel, we ask that you contact us no less than 24 hours in advance.
♥Contract & Payment
Deposit Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date and will be applied towards the order total and is deducted from the final invoice. If the deposit isn’t received within 7 days after the invoice is sent, the booking will be cancelled and the date will be released back to the general public. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will reserve the event date. The balance of the invoice is due in full 2 weeks before delivery or pickup. We will make every attempt to contact you but if the balance of the invoice is not paid on the due date, we can not guarantee that the order can be finished in time and we have the right to cancel the order. In this case, there will be no refund.
If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for any additional costs. We will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. Any deposit made is NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. If final payment has been made and cancellation is received 1 month or more prior to the
agreed delivery date, the final total will be refunded back to the client less the $100 deposit.
